Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand for khemistry spa service at the time of booking a deposit is required. This will be applied to the total service at check out. In the event you do not cancel in accordance to our cancellation policy ( SEE BELOW ) you will forfeit your deposit. You may cancel and reschedule your appointment, there is a $25 rescheduling fee for all appointments( NO REFUNDS ). Clients that fail to cancel prior to their scheduled appointments and do not arrive for service will lose deposit and be required to pay in full to book again.
